The difference is real

Most meat raises questions. Ours raises standards.

Grocery stores, big-box retailers, and most delivery services can't tell you where your meat came from, how it was raised, or what went into it. We can.

Perth Pork Products

Sebringville, ON

Perth Pork Products

Fred and Ingrid de Martines moved to Canada from the Netherlands and started Perth Pork Products in 1979. Fred is a certified swine specialist who brought European training and experience with him, and when he arrived, he wasn't satisfied with what he found — so he started his own breeding program from scratch.
The operation sits on 100 acres near Sebringville, Ontario, and raises rare and heritage breed pigs — Berkshire, Tamworth, and Iron Age — breeds chosen for flavour and quality rather than commercial yield. The heritage breeds live in open shelters with plenty of grazing space. They grow slowly, on their own terms, which is exactly why the pork tastes the way it does.
This isn't commodity pork. It's the product of a family that chose the harder path because they knew it produced something worth eating.

Our quality commitment

We stand behind every order.

Every package leaves our facility vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and inspected before it ships. If your order arrives with a genuine product issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. No runaround.

We're a small team working directly with the farms and the couriers. We take quality seriously because our name is on every box.

Common questions

Everything you want to know.

Freezing at peak freshness is the best way to preserve quality from farm to your door. Flash-freezing locks in flavour and nutrition — a properly frozen and thawed steak is superior to "fresh" meat that's been sitting in a display case for days.

In almost every measurable way, yes. Grocery store beef is typically grain-finished, imported, and processed with saline injections to add water weight. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, sourced from named Ontario farms, air-chilled, and never injected. You'll taste the difference.

Orders ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs, designed to stay cold through transit. We ship Tuesday through Friday with delivery mapped to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

We partner directly with family farms across Ontario. Every product page tells you which farm your meat comes from. No mystery, no imported product, no middlemen.

Yes — and we can prove it. Every product on our site is sourced from named farms in Ontario. We list the farm, the location, and the raising standards on every product page. Most grocery store beef labelled "Product of Canada" is processed here but raised elsewhere — in the US, Australia, or Brazil. Ours never leaves the province until it leaves for your door.
