At Northern Raised, our commitment to delivering the freshest, highest quality products to our valued customers is unwavering. We understand the importance of transparency and clarity in our policies, which is why we have detailed our Refund and Credit Policy below. Order Commitment and Cancellation: Once an order is placed with Northern Raised, it is immediately processed and committed into our system. As such, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We take pride in efficiently processing orders to ensure timely deliveries and the freshest products for our valued customers.

Product Weight Variance: Our products are sourced and provided with the utmost care to ensure the highest quality. Due to natural variances in our products, weights can fluctuate within 20% of the stated weight. All items are billed based on a flat-fee, fixed cost per item. Any differences in weight, whether over or under the stated weight, will not result in any credits, additional charges, or refunds.

Store Credit Discretion: In specific situations and at the sole discretion of Northern Raised, store credit may be provided. The provision of store credit does not indicate a precedent or ongoing commitment to such actions in future situations.

Subscription Orders: For customers enrolled in our subscription service, the terms of the initial order placement policy apply to all subsequent deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are satisfied with their selections prior to each billing cycle.

Refund Limitations: Given the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Any claims regarding order discrepancies or product quality must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Store Credit Expiry: Any store credits issued by Northern Raised will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire and cannot be used.

Order Processing Errors: In the rare event of an error during order processing, Northern Raised reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equal or greater value, or issue store credit at its sole discretion.

Discount Policy for Reimbursements: For orders where a discount of 20% or more has been applied, any issues or reimbursements related to the order will be resolved through the issuance of store or site credits only. No refunds will be provided for such orders. Additionally, missing or incomplete free product promotions are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, Northern Raised may, at its discretion, either provide the missing free products in a subsequent order or issue store credit.

Force Majeure: Northern Raised shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations hereunder if such failure is a result of natural disasters, inclement weather, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Amendments to the Policy: Northern Raised reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Refund and Credit Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Governing Law: This Refund and Credit Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northern Raised operates.
