Can I use a gift card on a subscription?

Yes, on the first order. Renewals are charged to the payment method on file.

For an emailed card, search your inbox for the words "gift card". For a physical card, or if the email is gone, contact us with the name of the person who bought it and roughly when, and we will find it.
